There are seven chakras in your body, each regulating a system, influencing everything from emotional processing to resisting disease. When our chakras become unbalanced due to various life, environment, and trauma factors, we begin to feel adverse effects, which could manifest in difficulty expressing the particular qualities associated with that chakra. We'll explore crystal therapies, sound therapies, nutritional therapies, aroma therapies, affirmations & more!
